Delete account or data

You do not need to be signed into the STUDYNT app to use this page. Enter the username and/or email on the account, choose what to remove, and we’ll process the request.

This is a request, not instant deletion. We aim to complete it within 30 days. You can also delete an account from STUDYNT app settings after install.

What we delete

• App account — the STUDYNT login tied to the username or email you provide.
• Associated data — course materials and quiz history stored in the app for that account, plus marketing records (feedback or launch emails) for that address.
• Account and data — both of the above.

We may keep records we’re legally required to keep (for example, a log that a deletion request was fulfilled). A file you uploaded while signed in lives on your STUDYNT account. You can remove that single file from the library. This form is how you ask us to delete the account itself.
